Petua Membayar Hutang dan Pelbagai Doa

Imam Tarmizi menceritakan, pernah suatu ketika seorang lelaki bertaraf hamba datang bertemu Sayidina Ali RA meminta petua untuk membolehkannya hidup senang dan merdeka. Sayidina Ali RA memberitahunya jika dia mengamalkan satu doa, dia akan dapat membayar hutang walaupun sebesar gunung.Doa yang dimaksudkan, seperti sabda Rasulullah SAW yang bermaksud:

“Ya Allah, cukupkanlah aku dengan rezeki-Mu yang halal sehingga aku terhindar daripada yang haram. Kayakanlah aku dengan anugerah-Mu sehingga aku tidak minta kepada selain Engkau.”[Riwayat Tarmizi]
